Terms and Conditions

Last updated July 15, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Turquoise Law Group, PLLC websites, including turquoiselaw.com and our subdomain go.turquoiselaw.com (together, the "Sites"), and the consultations, estimates, and information we share through them. By using the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

Scope of our services

Turquoise Law Group, PLLC provides legal services in Arizona. We focus on estate planning, including wills and trusts.

We also handle probate, trust administration, guardianship for minors and adults, conservatorship, emergency petitions, and fiduciary representation.

These terms apply to every interaction with our firm through the Sites.

Your agreement with us

Your signed engagement letter, fee agreement, or consultation booking includes these terms. Together we call them the "Agreement."

If they ever conflict, your signed engagement letter or fee agreement comes first, then these terms.

No attorney-client relationship by website use

Using the Sites does not create an attorney-client relationship. That holds whether you submit a form, send an email, or book a consultation.

We form that relationship only after you and an authorized Turquoise Law Group, PLLC attorney sign a written engagement agreement.

We offer free initial consultations to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit. A consultation is for information only. It does not obligate us to represent you or obligate you to hire us.

Your responsibilities

So we can represent you well, you agree to:

  • Give complete, accurate, and timely information about your matter, assets, and family
  • Respond promptly to our requests for documents and updates
  • Tell us when your contact details or circumstances change
  • Attend scheduled meetings, hearings, and court appearances

Truthful information

You confirm that the information you give us is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on it to advise you and draft your documents.

Fees, invoicing, and payment

Your fees are set out in your engagement agreement. Depending on the matter, fees may be a flat fee, an hourly rate, or a mix of both. We work to keep our probate and estate planning services affordable.

You also cover out-of-pocket costs tied to your case. These include court filing fees, recording fees, appraisal costs, or courier charges. Invoices are due when you get them, unless your agreement says otherwise.

Text messaging and SMS terms

You can opt in to text messages on a form, by text, in a phone call, or in a signed engagement agreement. When you give us your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive texts from Turquoise Law Group, PLLC. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. These terms apply to our text program:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this SMS service.
  • Consent is voluntary. You do not have to opt in to text messages to use the Sites or to hire us.
  • Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, case status updates, requests for documents, and replies to your questions.
  • Message frequency varies based on your matter and preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
  • To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message, email us at info@turquoiselaw.com, or call (480) 863-6303.
  • Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

We use our 40+ years of combined experience to give you strong legal guidance. Still, we cannot promise a specific outcome or result. The outcome of any legal matter depends on many things, some beyond our control.

As far as the law allows, Turquoise Law Group, PLLC is not liable for certain damages from your use of the Sites or our services.

This covers indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages. Your signed engagement agreement may set different terms.

Governing law and disputes

Arizona law governs these terms and any dispute from our services or the Sites. We do not apply Arizona's conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute about our representation follows the dispute-resolution terms in your engagement agreement. It also follows the ethical rules that govern Arizona attorneys.
